Hello, and welcome to my website!

I'm Elias Assalif, an undergraduate student majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and minoring in Applied Mathematics at the University of Washington. My academic interests are centered around the Computing and Embedded Systems pathways within ECE, driven by a curiosity for how software and hardware work together to build things that matter.

My technical interests range from scalable software systems to digital logic, circuits, FPGAs, and robotics. I enjoy working across the hardware-software interface, and I'm always looking for opportunities to grow and deepen my understanding within these fields as an engineer. Whether it's writing production-level code or designing logic at the hardware level, I find purpose in building things that are both well-engineered and impactful.

Beyond technical work, leadership is an area that I actively pursue. I enjoy taking on roles where I can contribute to something larger than myself, support others, and help drive meaningful outcomes as part of a team.

Outside of my academics, my hobbies include working out, ultimate frisbee, puzzles, and racquet sports (tennis, badminton, and pickleball).

Feel free to explore my work on this page, and if you're interested in connecting, don't hesitate to reach out!
